Gymboree Play & Music operates early childhood play, music, and preschool-prep programmes in Dubai. Our centres are located at Retail 1-2, First Floor, The Galleria, Al Barsha, Dubai, and at The Springs Souk, Dubai.

How we use your information

Children’s privacy

Our programmes are designed for young children, but our website and booking tools are intended for use by parents and guardians. We only collect children’s information from an adult, and only as needed to deliver classes, parties, or related services. We do not knowingly market directly to children or ask children to submit personal information online.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe receives the payment details you enter and processes them according to its own privacy policy and security standards. Pay-at-centre bookings may be completed in person at the relevant Gymboree location.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted providers who help us operate our services, including booking and customer-relationship tools, payment processors, email delivery, hosting, and analytics. These parties may only use the information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by UAE law, to protect our centres and families, or in connection with a business transfer.

How long we keep information

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep any booking links or confirmation emails confidential.
