Please read these terms carefully

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of gymboreeclasses.com and the classes, memberships, birthday parties, and related services offered by Gymboree Play & Music Dubai. By using our website, submitting a booking, or attending a session, you agree to these terms.

About us

Gymboree Play & Music Dubai offers play, music, and preschool-prep programmes for young children and their families. Our centres are at The Galleria, Al Barsha, and The Springs Souk. Opening hours are 10 AM – 7 PM at Galleria Mall, Al Barsha, and 9 AM – 9 PM at The Springs Souk, unless we notify you of a change.

Who may use our services

Our website and booking tools are for adults. Classes and parties are for children in the published age ranges and must be booked by a parent, guardian, or authorised adult. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to enrol the child named on the booking.

Bookings and classes

Preview classes, regular classes, memberships, and preschool-prep places are subject to availability at the chosen centre.
A booking is confirmed only after we accept it and, where required, payment is completed online or arranged to be paid at the centre.
Class content, schedules, coaches, and equipment may change to keep programmes safe and age-appropriate.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be able to join if it would disrupt the class or affect safety.

Fees and payment

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and may change from time to time. Preview-class fees currently include an online rate and a pay-at-centre rate as displayed at checkout. Online card payments are processed by Stripe. You are responsible for providing valid payment details and for any bank or card charges.

Cancellations, changes, and refunds

If you need to change or cancel a class booking, please contact the relevant centre as soon as possible. Refunds or credits for classes and memberships are handled according to the policy explained at the time of purchase or by the centre team. We may reschedule a class for operational or safety reasons and will offer an alternative session or a suitable remedy where we cancel.

Birthday party bookings follow the postponement and cancellation rules published on our Birthday page, including:

Parties may be rescheduled up to one week later, subject to availability.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to postpone.
Less than 48 hours’ notice incurs an AED 200 scheduling fee.
Deposits for cancelled parties are non-refundable.

Health, safety, and conduct

Children and accompanying adults must follow coach instructions and centre house rules.
Please do not attend if your child is unwell or may be contagious. We may refuse entry where we reasonably believe attendance would put others at risk.
Tell us about any relevant medical, allergy, or additional-needs information before the session.
An adult must remain responsible for the child unless a programme expressly states otherwise (for example, preschool prep adult-perk periods).
We may ask anyone to leave if behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive. Fees are not refunded in those cases.

Photos and media

We may take photographs or video in our centres for coaching, safety, or marketing. If you do not want your child to appear in promotional materials, please tell the centre team in writing. Other families must not photograph or record children who are not in their care without permission.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes related to our programmes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its security, copy our content without permission, or submit false information. All branding, programme names, class materials, and website content remain the property of Gymboree Play & Music and its licensors.

Liability

Play, music, and movement activities involve an inherent risk of minor bumps or scrapes. We take reasonable care to provide a supervised environment, but we are not liable for loss or injury except where it is caused by our negligence or we cannot legally exclude liability under UAE law. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, website downtime, or issues caused by third-party payment or booking providers beyond our reasonable control.

Privacy

How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you also acknowledge that policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. If you continue to use the website or attend classes after an update, the revised terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Dubai, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
